The maniac character type is a great choice if you like to do a lot of jobs.

Doing Jobs might be one of the more enjoyable aspects of the game. Not only does it get you money to buy weapons, it gets you closer to mastering each job. Mastering jobs has a lot of benifits. The maniac Character type's gains energy faster, you get a new energy point every 3 minutes, instead of every 5 minutes. This makes a big difference when you are trying to level up fast and complete a lot of jobs.

A great stratagy for this character type is to put most of your experience points towards energy, with some towards defence. Your defence should be about double what your level is to make sure people don't defeat you too much in battle. By doing more jobs, you will gain more items to use in battle, as well as a lot of extra experience points from mastering jobs. (you get an experience point for every job you master)
